I began this blog with the thought that life is no walk in the park. My days alternate between an all-out sprint and a slow and steady marathon pace. While running through the days, though, I strive to appreciate the small things and notice the many blessings I have been given.
This blog is my attempt at documenting my efforts of running a home, running a family, and running a life.
A little bit more about me:

A little bit more about me:
- My husband and I are both from the DFW area and have been married for 4 years.
- I taught high school English for 5 years. I am now an online instructor through BYU-Idaho.
- Give me a bag of Peanut M&Ms, and I can accomplish anything.
- I am a Mormon, and I lived in Spain for 18 months as a missionary. Once upon a time I was fluent in Spanish.
- I derive a ridiculous amount of pleasure from crossing things off of a to-do list.
- I am always silently correcting people's grammar. I can't help it, sorry.
